Little Chalet Daylesford

Location was good.

Arrived to find two trucks completely blocking the long drive access. Came back in an hour. Vehicles still blocking the narrow road up to the house. Had to squeeze by both several times to get up and down the steep hill to the accomodation to bring gear up. Ground floor bathroom: No toilet roll holder, no towel racks, no shelf for toiletries, no bathroom cabinet Ground floor bedroom: No clothes cupboard Kitchen: bottom right cupboard door disjointed, no milk pods for teas/coffee, light fitting hanging, no instruction booklet for operating TV, Bedrooms (both): bed pillows extremely bulky Attic: No batteries in TV remote Having completed these review questions I see you’re asking for photos to help future renters decide. Too late to ask for that when we’ve already left!

Close to town

Needs upgrades as in fixing things offer more seating for lounge have blockput curtains in the rooms

we loved the location and quietness of the accomodation

The tree branch hanging over the driveway . I have a larger car and it was hard to get past wihtout scraping . There were rats or mice in the ceiling. Some more tea bags would've been amazing.

Close to town and in a quiet area, comfortable unit with all facilities as described

Lightbulbs up laneway need replacing, difficult to see where to turn into driveway at night in the dark

Location was great, just a short drive, or could be walked from main center, very quite, heeps of room for us and two kids, even had little garden area with wash line.

Hard to find, even with waze was taken to wrong house

Location. X2 Bedrooms each with a en-suite.

Tired facilities. Damaged light fittings, broken kitchen cupboard doors, sticky bathroom floor upstairs, balcony landing balustrade loose- not safe, bathroom downstairs sink didn’t drain and nothing to hang clothes on, dead flies on curtains and walls, couch only comfortable seating but was soiled, carpet stained and needs repainting. Beds comfortable but cover sheet stained and small tear in fitted sheet- downstairs bedroom. No modest amount of sugar or milk supplied, needed to go grocery shopping on arrival. Overall we were disappointed for what we paid and what we expected. In need of repairs to make safe.

Great location, overall very comfortable.

A couple of small issues - Lack of towel racks in ensuites and issues with cupboard doors not closing.
