Specific instructions of key pad was not touch screen but palm which showed strange icon as though it was reset. This was a bit confusing. When we tried to call I was kept on hold and host did not call back for an hour or so.

The location was great, easy walk into township pressure and hot water was great. Quite Location.

No lock on the front wire door, no tea towels, no matches, only one little bar of soap for three adults. Needs more bin liners, upstairs bedroom roller blinds chain has disappeared, no bath as advertised.

Comfortable beds

It hadnt been cleaned properly, prior to our arrival. Towels were stained, the floor wasnt swept, upstairs bathroom sink had black gunk around the sinkhole, there were live bees in the downstairs bathroom and about 7 dead bees in the window sill of the downstairs bedroom, upstairs blind could not be closed as the cord was missing.

No hooks to hang towels and No toilet roll holder in the downstairs bathroom.

This little chalet is beautiful. Very clean and has everything you require in a home away from home. The beds were huge and super comfy. Smart tv apps that worked so a movie night kept us entertained. The little chalet needs to be on your agenda. You will not be disappointed.We will be back! 🤗

Heaters worked well. Mattresses comfy. Carpeted areas clean. Very private. The house inside was well lit and warm when we arrived, thank you. Clean towels, sheets and pillow cases all in good condition. A few flatter pillows would be a great addition as the pillows are all very high so we ended up with sore necks. Showers/benches/toilets Etc were clean.

All three of us driving to the house arrived in the dark and struggled to find the house, we all needed to be directed by a phone call to find the driveway. A solar light on the mailbox with an easy to see house number or name would be very helpful. On arrival, again in the dark, it was hard to find the right entry door as the outside lights don't seem to activate all the time so I couldn't see the side entry door (I parked in front of the house). The house unfortunately had ants, they were in both the kitchen and on the pillows in the downstairs bedroom. Both bathrooms had hair in them on arrival (a fair bit in the downstairs bathroom) and when we moved the couch to fit another chair it had dirt and rocks under it. There was half a tub of ice cream in the freezer that had been left behind. The blinds are see through at night once lights are on, as the place is fairly secluded this wasn't too much of an issue. Some of the down lights are blown with one hanging right out of the ceiling. Kitchen corner cupboard needs fixing as it only closes if you push it firmly to the left and the pull it back to the right after its in place. House is more suited to 2 or 3 people than 4 when it comes to dining/using the lounge area, we took extra camp chairs along for extra seating in the lounge area.

Nice location, cosy stay tucked just away from main road!
