The facilities at Lavendar Patch were excellent. The rooms were huge and had enough space to unpack and feel like home. The cleanliness was excellent - the bathrooms felt like my own at home or in a nice hotel. There were lots of beautiful outside areas to sit and chat. The host had provided alot of provisions (hot chocolate, teas, marshmallows) and quickly stocked the wood basket so we could make a fire. The location in the bush was so relaxing. It is also close to Mundaring Weir dam and its walk-trails. Also close to Bickley Observatory, so we booked tickets to go there one night.

It was all beautiful.

The property is in a great location allowing for a country feel but close enough to amenities. We stayed in one of the cottages and it was comfortable and clean. We had complimentary tea, coffee and snacks which was a great touch. We would stay again for sure.

"Perfect accommodation with thoughtful extras that made it feel homely."

Clean and perfect location for the event we were attending nearby. Property was well prepared and thoughtful additions like marshmallows for the hot chocolate and bottle of wine were greatly appreciated. Will rebook for our next event at Xmas.

Beautiful location and very comfy

Only downside was the road/driveway in is a bit rough and would prove a challenge for a lower car! Everything else was perfect
