Everything. We absolutely loved it! The Lavender Patch is a very spacious, clean property with beautiful views, comfortable beds, and well stocked kitchen . The house had great appliances, and fast chargers for phones. The interior and amenities are well thought out to make a guest feel at home. The surrounding garden and greenery provided a much needed space to unwind. Loved the little pond and bridge.

"Great Break in Mundaringh"

Lovely location surrounded by woods, so peaceful but only a 5 minute drive into Mundaring where there are supermarkets, shops, cafes, pub, all you need. Great accommodation, very comfortable and cozy, spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped. You really feel at home here. Plenty of outside seating and a summer house with games, books and DVDs. Fantastic place to bring children. Janet is a great host, very communicative, clear instructions, friendly and helpful. We had a very enjoyable stay and highly recommend. We also recommend a visit to The Malmalling Vineyard, a 15 minute drive. Beautiful setting, Kangaroos in the garden, open for lunch Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Great wines, great food at reasonable prices.

Beautiful spot, a lovely place to reset. Host was delightful and was able to provide cot and high chair for our toddler. Had a fantastic weekend here.

The stay was absolutely amazing, the location with bush area was stunning!! We were welcomed with a lovely chilled bottle of wine, this place is second to none, will definitely stay again and highly highly recommend👌😁

Beautiful surroundings, lovely chalet equipped with everything we needed. Thoughtful touches in chalet, artwork and even books to look up local birds.
