Promised Land Retreat

The setting was absolutely breathtaking. You walk in the door and look right out to the Hinterland rainforest. Instant calm! The facilities are outstanding. I have done a lot of travelling and this would have to be at the top of my list! Dont hesitate to book this property as it is 10 star plus!!

Everything was perfect.

The place was very private and in an amazing location. The peace and tranquility was perfect and the accommodation has lot's of lovely little touches.

The view and surroundings. Spacious and airy. Quiet and peaceful. Proximity to walks and river swimming.

Nothing - it was simply gorgeous

The scenery from the Ridge chalet was amazing. We were there during a thunderstorm and passed the evening away watching lightning stretch across the night sky. Only to be woken in the morning by the singing of kookaburras. Promised Land Retreat is beautiful for being so untouched and allowing land and water to converge so we can all marvel at how nature flourishes when it's left to its own devices.

Unfortunately it has become pricier over time and I suspect it's in keeping with inflation. But if it were its old rate would return on a more regular basis. Just for now it stretches the pockets somewhat. However, if 2 families were to occupy it. You're looking at roughly $125pp and that's worth it. It's just I often just go as 2.
