Lovely location, quiet and relaxing

The bed mattress was done for, needed replacement years since! The quilt and pillows were the cheapest available, horrible.

Self catering. Very peaceful. Just the sound of birds singing

The location is peaceful, and near to Eastbourne. I had issue with the heating and staff member was excellent in sorting this promptly

Can't complain about anything, my stay was so restful. The TV was a bit difficult to figure out with programs but didn't watch too much telly anyway.

Location was good, nice green environment surrounded by lots of trees, can see sheep in the distance.

The bathroom needs a bit of a makeover. It is quite dated and the shower should be within a cubicle for safety.

A wonderful tranquil location. Ideal to recharge your batteries. The cottage was comfortable, cosy and clean. I will most definitely return

Location & ease of booking

Late cancellation meant full payment was required despite non use. We requested a small token refund (maybe £20 of £400) to reflect that there would be no make-up, cleaning or welcome pack required but simply got a message re-stating the contract and stating that they would be keeping to full fee. They were within the contract but certainly not within the spirit of hospitality.

Very quiet location, easy to access, good facilities on site, plenty of parking.

Cottages are a little dated but worked well and fulfilled our needs adequately.
