Avonlea Forest Hill Cottages

The cottage was very nice. Spacious and good location.

The hot water was not working. Needed to boil water for baths. Family of 4. Lots of time spent making bath water for 2 nights. Tried to contact the owner and still no reply from them to date.

Beautiful property very private but at the same time so close to everything and very convenient.

Great comfortable space. Central to lots of attractions. Comfortable beds, all the needed amenities in the cottage. I definitely recommend.

Very cute, well equipped kitchen, nice shower, outside deck to eat or have your morning coffee, close to Avonlea Village.

The bed was not really comfortable and the big window above the bed had no blind so the morning sun shone directly on the bed early in the morning.

Cleanliness, comfort of bed/towels, beauty of cottage, privacy of cottage, well stocked kitchen, quality of appliances. We loved our stay and would highly recommend!

We liked everything

A very cozy yet spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage, in a great location not far from the beach or the Green Gables Heritage site. We were only there for one night but could see how perfect it would be for a longer stay. Depending on the size of your vehicle, the driveway may be a bit tricky to back out of right onto a main road (or tight to do a multi-point turn to get out) but luckily it wasn’t too busy on the street.
