"Superb"

Plenty of room with a decent sized and well equipped kitchen to cook meals, and the views of the surrounding mountains and Lauterbrunnen valley were incredible. Was also very warm and quiet, so easy to relax if cold outside and get a good night's sleep.

The hosts at this property are very friendly and helpful. The apartment is completely spotless, warm and comfortable, with excellent amenities and equipment provided. The views down the valley from the terrace are amazing.

Wengen is on the side of the valley so many properties and hotels involve a walk up hill or down hill into town or back home. The walk from Protea into town is quite steep in places, all uphill and takes 10 to 15 minutes. Coming home is much easier!

Clean, comfortable, quality decor and furnitures. All great. Ruth was super friendly..from booking to seeing us off.

The uphill distance with luggage was challenging. Need a taxi.

"Gorgeous!"

The hosts, Ruth and George, are very friendly and helpful. The apartment was quiet and had everything we needed, and was surrounded by wonderful views. It was fine for us, but Wengen is on a slope so moving around requires walking up and down hills! It can be a bit of an ‘adventure’ with suitcases.
