Kazbegi cabins

Great location, but necessary to have a car unless you love walking up and down the 150 m hill down to Stepantsminda. We stayed 2 nights and had most meals at Maisi restaurant, which has amazing food. Rooms are a good size, and the view from the living room is breathtaking taking. Staff is extremely kind and easy to reach.

Shower curtain was a bit old and crusty. Was also a bit hard to sleep in the loft, as there was no AC. There is a bit of noise coming from the restaurant at night until they close at 22:00.

only issue was not having sink in the kitchen, which made little uncomfortable to make food and drinks

The view outside is excellent. The house looks warm inside, likes home. Staff are kind and helpful.

Awesome location and property. The rooms and other amenities have an old feel charm. The food from Maisi restaurant was very good.

We had a instance of power cut for 4hrs which led to no water in the toilets and cabin. This caused discomfort for everyone. There should be an alternate mechanism to ensure power and water in the toilets in the event of a power cut.
