Kazbegi cabins

The location is great. unfortunately all the cabins at this side of the valley have the same view.

We booked for 2 nights . Although the location was great, the cabin is small so don't expect much. We are a family of 5 so a bit small. The main problem was there was no cleaning services, we talked to the landlord and the answer that we got is that we did not booked cleaning services. If we were to take an Airbnb we could say it is responsible, but at least to clean the cabin once a day is the minimum.

We stayed here for one day, but we definitely would like to come back one day. A little bit outside of Stepancminda on the way to Cminda Sameba. Cozy, clean cabin with everything you need and an amazing view of the mountains. Great restaurant on the spot. Highly recommended.

The room is quite nice and good design. Facilities is good. Their restaurant 'Maisi' is amazing. Really recommended.

We had to pay deposit (30% of total price) via external link which they send to me separately. It is not convenient and make confusion. At the check out we had to pay the rest by cash at the property. Not convenient at all.

The location and views from the cabin are amazing. The decor is good for a mountain cabin. Cabin can house 2 adults and 2 kids. The attached restaurant Maisi is a gem in the mountains serving delicious food

Some ledge or shelf in the upper loft (no place to rest even a glass of water) Fans are a must for summer time the upper loft gets crazy hot ( only one table fan was provided) Bed linens , towels , shower curtains had stains and some are damaged. The bed mattresses and sofa cushion are all worn out, need to be replaced. Electric kettle was given on request only. Coffee machine had spider webs and was not working. We stayed 3 nights, when we asked for cleaning they said you have to PAY for it, which is disgusting.

The view is amazing, the shower was good , the value and the great resturant in the place. The picture is exactly like the cabin.

The staff was friendly but I asked 3 times for any issue. We ran out of toilet paper, we asked 3 times and it took 3 hours. Same for towels. There are only 3 cabins and it's really small place. But the biggest problem was that there was a real loud noise all night, we couldnt sleep. We asked the staff and the manger to turn it off (it came from a small shaft in the area) and only one night they turned it off (they said it relates to the water somehow) so we had very bad sleep.

Great views, the location is a little out of the main town but this wasn’t a problem for us as we had a car. The hiking around the cabin was amazing and we had a relaxing trip.
