The house is located in a quiet and cozy area, on the opposite side of the village center, near the road to Gergety Church. The location is really great, and the view of the village and surrounding mountains is absolutely amazing. From the small window on the second floor, there is also a view of the Kazbegi mountain. The house was pleasant, clean, and cozy. Our son especially liked the ladder and the bed under the roof and didn't want to leave the house. There was also a small kitchen equipped with everything you may need for a short stay, including a capsule coffee machine and several MEAMA capsules, which are one of my favourites.

Almost everything was perfect, just a few little things that could be better: 1. The ladder lacks a handrail, and we couldn't take our eyes off the child for even a second. We had seen it in the photo, so it wasn't a surprise to us. 2. There is no breakfast included, and the restaurant does not operate during the winter season. Therefore, you will need to drive somewhere else to eat or be ready to prepare by yourself. 3. The host asked beforehand if we required barbecue equipment and apologized for not having any firewood, but assured us that they would provide charcoal. But when we arrived, they texted me that there were no charcoals available. They suggested that I could buy some in the village center if needed. It is not a big deal, but It would have been helpful if we were informed about it beforehand, as we could have purchased it on our way and saved time. After a long trip, we would prefer to rest and relax rather than having to go out again. 4. There are also other houses in the area with additional guests. We were not very lucky with our neighbors who blocked the entrance to the territory several times by parking their car over the gates without leaving a phone number. Since there was no staff available, we had to find them and ask them to unblock the gates several times.
