very clean tidy home nicely decorated throughout wonderful views from porch

We happened to stay on a very cold night. The house was very cold when we arrived, and heating was not great. Wall heater was not very effective at sending heat downwards. A heat pump would have provided a much better distributed heat to the room. The driveway up to the house was very steep and limited what we could carry to the house. We would have preferred that this was identified in the initial description.

Nothing! (N.B. access is a walk up a steep drive and involves a number of steps, but the view is worth it!)

In der Buchung wurde funktionierendes WLAN erwähnt. Für mich war das extrem wichtig und auch ein Argument, um die Unterkunft zu buchen. Es hat jedoch überhaupt nicht funktioniert und die Vermieterin hat weder eine Lösung gefunden, noch einer anteiligen Erstattung des Preises zugestimmt. Für mich absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Unfortunately I was in a moon boot and crutches and didn’t realise you had to walk up a steep drive it was not possible to drive to the door But great view and sheltered from the wind very neat and clean

Welcoming, warm and cosy (unfortunately we had bad weather) - lovely little touches like a small bottle of rose fizz, quality cookies and coffee etc. lovely warm shower. Great location with a fantastic brewery kiss done the road.

The location of this property is so convenient. It's walking distance from Scott's brewery, penguine colony and the historic Victorian precinct. The room was nice and clean. Would recommend.

Great place, we will definitely stay here again when we are in town. Super cozy, comfortable bed, and cute little patio to wind down after dinner.

Maybe I missed it, but it was weird that there was no shampoo or conditioner, just body wash in the shower. The shower itself is great, good water pressure, two of us didn't run out of hot water.
