Luxury, rural Shepherds Hut with hot tub nr Bath

There are two Shepherd huts at the property and the booking only shows photos of one. One is much more tired than the other.. The host really needs to think about how the experience feels for a customer. They charge £180 per night so surely they can deal with any rubbish??? The place was charging hotel rates but trying to run like a self catering establishment with similar rules such as take out your own litter etc, you are either one or the other. Felt like the litter police.

We arrived following directions given before hand which came in very handy. The close off area allowed complete privacy when staying. The Shepherd's cabin was cosy and warm inside with the option of having heat from the fire - however we found the place to be warm enough. Bathroom was small but had everything you could possible need so didn't need to be any bigger. Kitchen had everything you could possible want. Had an instruction manual for all everything incase of any confusion. Finally, the hot tub along with the garden lights....what can i say just beautiful! we enjoy our evenings out with the stars while in the hot tub. Everything and more you could possibly want from a place like this. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

Rude host ruined our stay. Maybe you shouldn’t be in the business if you have no customer service. Emails got ignored when I was over charged. Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. Didn’t feel private as residents kept driving past and right next to their house. Minimal directions to somewhere very hard to find, host was rude to us over the phone becuase we couldn’t find the property. Wouldn’t stay again

The cabin was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Nice and cosey for a romantic getaway. Hot tub was nice and extremely clean. Welcomed by a nice gentleman, but sorry couldn't remember his name.

Our only gripes was the hot tub felt it was overlooked by farm house, with people/cars coming and going from the farm house. Could do with a higher fence or shrubbery to make feel more private.
