Stayed here before, sadly the patio had brambles growing over the ground, stinging nettles coming out of cracks between the slabs. I pulled them out and cut the brambles. The shower wasn't very powerful.

Very comfortable, the site was very well maintained and quiet. The house had everything we needed and we felt very relaxed, it was lovely and warm and really cozy on the sofa in the evening. My mum, me and my two dogs had a lovely stay.

It was a shame to have to look at the building work in the property to the back. A screen at the fence would be nice, so you didn’t feel looked upon

Very clean and very warm. Comfortable bed. Quiet site..It was lovely to have some private outside area.

Blinds needed in the kitchen and especially in the bathroom where people walking the path behind could see me in all my glory! I didn't like not having a washing up bowl and jay cloth. A wardrobe would be good too.... These are only suggestions to improve my stay but they wouldn't put me off from booking N09 again

Very spacious and cozy, and it’s in excellent location (probably the best location on site).

We had issues with the drainage system in the bathroom (had difficulties draining the water out after giving a bath to my son) as the drain valve cap would lift up - I had to use a butter knife to force open it. We called the host and the problem was fixed temporarily. The next day the drain pipe burst and flooded the whole bathroom. I had to use all of the towels that were kindly provided to us to clean up the mess. The host arranged for a plumber to come the next morning. The plumber came in the afternoon the next day, fixed the problem, but left a big mess in the bathroom which I had to clean up. T host provided a few more towels but didn’t collect the wet ones and I had to store all of them away in bags as they were starting to smell. Host provided a few more towels. A day or two after we checked out the host queried if we took 1 towel with us, which we didn’t take, and after all the trouble we had with the bathroom, I didn’t expect the host chase us for 1 towel. There was no coffee machine as per listing. The bathroom window is a bit see through, so people walking past in an alley that’s next to the property can almost see everything when you’re having a shower.

The chalet could be cleaner and is lacking kitchen utensils and tlc. Shame as it could be a really lovely place!

The location is fantastic. The host was prompt in answering queries prior to the visit. There are games and a dvd player for rainy evenings without the internet.

The property smelled of damp. There was a lot of dirt under the sofas and in the corners: it seemed like it hasn't been cleaned properly for a while. Also, providing one toilet roll for a week long stay and no toiletries seemed somewhat lame. Very poor/nonexistent WiFi.
