Location, facilities, communication, local people, comfy chalet, clean apart from 1 issue below

Mould around door to entrance and on walls behind chns beds needed to be cleaned smell was better after that. Rest of chalet was lovely though.

It was good being on a site with a shop, pool, softplay

Only provided with 1 pillow per person to sleep on, duvets on single beds were very thin. Property has damp and we couldn’t get the heating to work so it wasn’t very cosy. Lacked somewhere to dry swimmers/towels which is problematic for a property with a pool on site

The location is great, lovely and quiet. Very friendly. The holiday village is nice, a bit outdated but it has the facilities needed to entertain the children. No.9 was clean and tidy and had most things we needed for our stay. It has a secure patio which was perfect for our dogs to stay safe. We would be happy to come back. There is a shop nearby which is open from 8am until about 7pm, there is a chip shop next door to it. There is also pick your own fruit farm at the end of the road which is lovely. Oxwich beach was our personal favourite, a short drive away but clean and beautiful.

There are a table and chairs on the patio but they are broken and unusable.

Spacious, modern, well equipped (apart from a mop) Quiet location. Was actually nicer than the photos online.

The bed was very hard gave us terrible back ache. Floor looked clean but wasn’t. Needed a mop. Radiators didn’t work but there was an electric heater to use. TV only had radio channels tuned in but fortunately my husband sorted that problem. Some utensils and crockery weren’t clean.

The location was perfect and quiet. Easy access to other areas without being on a noisy road. The store just outside has lots of supplies available, including fresh fruit. The little Fish n Chips shop was good. Medical facilities and pharmacy across the road.

There was only one towel in the kitchen, which I assumed was a hand towel, so no dish towels. We moved the settee to look for something, it looks like the furniture doesn't get moved for cleaning. I'd like a cloth in the bathroom to wipe down the basin and bath. The main bed is a bit squeeky .
