The chalet is dirty. The place smell especially the twin room. The twin bed stink like dog. The bed linen didn’t seem clean or worst, wasn’t changed. The towels provided was hard like a loofah. The floor was surprisingly dirty, wiped with kitchen towel when we spilled drops of water, and the paper towel was black afterwards. Bathroom floor was the same, dirty too. The sofa, coffee and dining table was sticky, had to wipe it with the spray cleaner that was in the chalet. After doing that still doesn’t make me feel like sitting on it. Dining chairs were stained and dirty. The cushion on the couch stinks so bad. Mobile network reception is dead, even purchasing a wifi was not good, could hardly connect and keeps disconnecting. The oven and trays are dirty and smelly. Central heating doesn’t work, portable heaters are very dusty. The chalet needs to be thoroughly cleaned before new guests arrives. MOP THE FLOOR! We’ve never been to a holiday place like that before. You even have to strip off the bed and take your rubbish out before leaving the property. Worst holiday ever!

Very warm, comfortable chalet with parking outside and step free access so suitable for elderly/restricted mobility. Furniture and beds were very comfortable and cleaning products had been left for our use which was appreciated. Easy check in using the lock box/key safe.

Took a while to locate the chalet as no signage on the park telling us where No. 9 was located! Chalet could've been cleaner as we noticed dust under the table in the living area and behind the bedside tables in the twin room. The top drawer of the chest of drawers in the twin room was also broken so we were only able to use 2 out of the 3 drawers. No blinds in the kitchen windows either. Not a huge issue as they faced out onto the garden area which had a tall hedge but I would suggest perhaps installing a couple of blinds.

We all liked the place so much. We will definitely plan to visit there later. Even though we had some issues with the heater, the owner helped us out and thanks to her we were able stay there comfortably.

The location was brilliant. So easy to get to the wonderful Gower beaches and walks.

Minor issues really. Would have liked mirrors in the bathroom (property gallery shows one) and in the bedrooms. Some instructions on kitchen goods and heating system would have helped. Microwave cook ware would be helpful too The vacuum cleaner behind the TV didn’t work - would have put the cleaner round ourselves if it did. Very much aware of utilities costs and wanted to ensure efficiency. The pool was a bonus to our break BUT Rachel responded promptly to our questions. - big tick for that.

Very comfortable chalet with everything you need for a restful break. Ideal location to explore the Gower.
