Plenty of space, very sweetly decorated and an idyllic location at the base of a fjord. Was able to see the northern lights from the cabin one night!

Not for people with any mobility impairment, especially in the winter. The driveway was a pure sheet of ice, so I had to parking lot along the main road and walk down, using crampons, for about 150 meters, carrying my bags. Seems it remains this way for the duration of winter. I was never able to lock the door and had to leave it unsecured throughout my stay, because the key was stuck in the door on the inside. The hosta thought her husband had fixed it, but there was really no further effort to make a repair while I was there. I probably would’ve pushed more, but considered it not to be terribly problematic, considering the treacherous route down to the cabin. The bathrooms aren’t exactly ideally located… Down either one or two flights of stairs from the bedrooms. The hot tub would’ve been a nice way to relax at the end of the day, but it wasn’t working. both the showers are pod showers, which aren’t my favorite and don’t allow for much space, but the water pressure was good. The water, from the shower, however, smelled of rotten eggs, and I couldn’t ever feel really clean. Finally, the decor was a bit dusty, particularly in the main floor bedroom.

A fantastic apartment, far from tromso and suitable for those who are not looking for a place in the city center, but a place of relax and peace. The apartment is perfect, with attention to detail and equipped with all comforts.

Beautiful, serene scenery, wonderful views. Really cute cabin which was superbly decorated for Christmas, even light outside the house. Well stocked with all needed equipment, even champagne glasses, night lights and blankets for a truly koselig festive period. The cabin has a unique style with the additional antique decor on walls, comfortable beds and two bathrooms. I would absolutely recommend for families and larger groups.

I missed a washing machine especially since there was a dryer in the bathroom. Also, both the bathrooms shower cabins could be fixed as the doors are somewhat falling off...Apart from this it was a great place to stay.

the private area and nice surroundings

the attic bedroom are quite old and we cannot sleep there since the heater is not warm enough. then we have to share one bed room with 4 people. take bedsheets from the attic room and sleep on the floor instead

Very nice location! Friendly host, and nice cat. The price is very good for what you get. There is enough space in and around the house, and free parking. Good wifi.

The communication could have been better. had to be creative to find enough places to sleep for 8 persons.

incredible house! It is so stylish and comfortable and modern at the same time. beautiful wake up view over the water. some nice hikes starting right around the corner.
