Really good stay, all the information given by hosts, Comfy beds all things needed Will visit again. Close to beach and town. Great meals on site.

The location to Mablethorpe.

The chalet floors were soaking wet on arrival - not only were we heating the property we were drying out any level of cleaning that has apparently been done. The mop head colour and state says it all really. There was mould on the mattresses and stains on pillows. The sofa was rock hard, uncomfortable. The chairs provided for the table were all covered in black mould across the backs and legs. We were also broken into at 2am on our second night as the back door was left open by the owner (we didn’t touch the door at all) and there was no response from the owner asking how we were - only if there was any damage. We don’t recommend staying here or dealing with these owners at all.

We loved our 2 nights at the chalet, it's got everything we needed. Granted, the shower/wash room wasn't the greatest. But we were comfy and cosy. Great value for money

Next to the beach

The musky damp smell was terrible even with the three air fresheners they had. We came home a day early because of the smell. Everywhere smelt including all the soft furnishings and our clothes and bedding smelt from being in there. The mattress so old and full of springs along with the duvet which is also old and ripped. The shower curtain has black mould on it and there were cobwebs absolutely everywhere.
