Accomadation like a shed with gaps around the door Toilet facing the glass door could not be closed Kettle full of growth broken sofa The smell was horrible Electricity was a pound meter which used £3 in less than 24 hours

Good location and easy to communicate with owners.

The chalet is in need of a deep clean and an update. It smelt very strongly of dogs. TV signal was poor. The location was good. Was not intended for us to spend alot of time in the accommodation, which was just as well as the sofa was rock hard and uncomfortable, the chalet was cold and smelling strongly of damp and mould present in areas of the shower area. Really does need some attention. It could be a lovely place with some TLC. I would not have used the oven as it's in desperate need of a clean. Noisy of an evening with local entertainment and neighbours sound like they are in the bedroom, but that's not the fault of the owners.

Upon entering, we were hit by an awful smell. The fridge was the main reason but the whole place smelt of damp and fusty. They did send someone out to clean the fridge which helped slightly. All the cutlery, glasses, cups and plates etc were filthy. The electric fire in the living room was so loud that we were unable to use it, so the place was cold. The mattress protectors were dirty and didn't fit the beds properly. The shower room was so small and basic that we didn't use it. We had to wash and brush our teeth in the kitchen sink. The little tables legs were all bending in and felt like it was about to collapse

On arrival i tripped at the door , the small paving slab was too small and was a hazard, we entered the chalet and was greeted with a damp smell we saw black mould at the front door around top damp on the toilet ceiling we also got a smell of gone off fish and we found the source of this and it was a shell from the beach on a shelf that had a rotten fish smell and we found a bag full under the sink , I kept tripping over a rug that was curled up at one end and it looked very old , the cooker looks like it's been stood on or had weight on it as it sagged in the middle where the hot plates are and the plates wer not very good to cook on lukerly there was a slow cooker and a microwave there and the grill worked ok ,the kitchen tiles were lifting and had potential for tripping hazard , thick dust on top of tv and fire extinguisher, mud on bottom of cutains ,the sofa had 2 stains on the front of what looks like blood but I can't verify that , and the sofa itself was hard and was not the same one in the photos , the electric meter ran away with pound coins as a regular on this site I've never had to put that many in before on a stay , overall the stay wasn't upto the other chalets we have been in and the chalet looked tired and in need of something

The location was great. Nice and quiet, smallish park. Close by lovely beach. Great club on site which was very friendly and the staff really helpful. The chalet itself was basic but very cosy, and exactly as described online. We really enjoyed our stay and would visit again

It would be nice to have internet in the chalet, although it quite nice in some ways to be offline. I'd rather have not had to find coins for the electric. It was clear in instructions that we needed to and it was fine - but in an ideal world, it would be nicer to pay for this online with spayg or something (I work in Energy supply so perhaps am a bit biased. Overall, though, these are minor quibbles and nothing that wasn't communicated clearly before we came/booked
