We enjoyed our stay. The chalet was nice and clean and close walk to the beach.

Great little chalet, nice and clean and set out perfectly, really enjoyed the site and everyone else there were so friendly. Great clubhouse and playground for our son.

Slow drip on water heater but told owner and they got it sorted, also light coming in when curtains were shut at night so could do with blackout curtains, other than that it was perfect.

The worst weekend ever been bit all over from somthing in this chalet the smell of the chalet was just wet dog smoke and piss there is dog hair everywhere shower falling off the wall duvets and pillows stained shower doesn't drain and no slip mats hoover is full of to top with dirt mop has definitely seen better days it was black no longer white hot tap missing from bathroom sink settee has seen better days also there are no back cushions on the sofa just a few thin scatter pillows that stink and the sofa is full of dog hair stains glasses and cups table is a whicker table witch is full of dirt in all the groves guide on the tv doesn't Evan work my advice is stay clear as when I messaged i was told she would sort it Monday whitch is too late as I leave today Sunday and all I got was what do you want from me I don't want nothing except for people to have the holiday they pay for not for it to be ruined

It was fine for a short stay

Property ready for a complete revamp. No hot water in shower room for shaving. No sink in toilet to wash hands

Me, my adult daughter, my son and his wife enjoyed the location, we were there to visit extended family and needed a stay over for 2 nights. The chalet was clean, had the facilities we needed (cooker, shower, 2 rooms, slept 4, kitchen area etc). The French doors opened onto a beautiful large lawn. The beds, 1 double and a large set of bunk beds were very comfortable and clean. We took our own bedding and pound coins for the electric (we put in £8.00 for the weekend and used 68p!!! It was ultra cheap. The owners gave us easy instructions to follow and answered each correspondence that I made. Definitely a great stay for a weekend. Thank you!

There wasn't really anything we didn't like, we paid for what we got and it suited our stay.

The location was great the chalet was clean and tidy, only a bus ride from Skegness

There wasn't anything to dislike

It was local , nice site ,clean chalet and will go again
