Well located for our needs. Not far from the car park. Very clean and well presented. The little touches like milk and coffee were appreciated.

The double bed was really comfy essentials was already supplied when we arrived the shower was brilliant everything was clean

There was no freezer to put freezer bits in Unfortunately no WiFi which was fine as we had data the signal was brilliant know

Nice style inside, well thought through, inviting

The complex itself was not so much our cup of tea but we stayed there because we were invited for a wedding and for that purpose it was perfect. However it wouldn’t be my choice for holidays.

Self catering but we had everything we needed, location is perfect! 30mins from Norwich or Cromer plus just 10mins to sea palling.

It did get chilly at night but the heaters provided were ideal, we turned them on just before at bedtime to help keep the chill off. We were absolutely fine as were my young boys.
