Having Tea coffee and milk at the property is nice, it's one less thing to worry about. Everyone is really friendly and helpful if you need anything.

Seating was limited; we could not all fit as a family on the couch and had to use kitchen chairs; we had stayed in one before that had a bigger couch for us to sit on as a family. The double bed was really uncomfortable; i felt like I was falling into the middle of the bed; It needed a new bed or a new mattress. The grounds always have cut grass everywhere, the grass is cut but not collected and you're always walking wet grass into the house.

Easy to find. Quiet location. Clean and tidy. Lovely kitchen. Comfy beds (made up on arrival) Tea and coffee supplied (don't forget your milk!) Tesco close by. Overall nice place to stay.

Wrong code given for key box. Had to call the owner when I arrived. Sorted quickly enough but glad I had my mobile with me.

Great location perfect for us. we were on a cycling holiday and it made a perfect base. the heated pool by the club house was very welcome as it was very warm weather. shops and pubs near by were very good. We are planning a return next year.

very clean, light and made good use of the space available, comfy bed, equipped with the basics

would recommend bringing ear plugs as there are lots of crows around the park who woke us at the dawn each day - probably not an issue if you don’t go during midsummer like we did!
