Father's Land

Exactly as advertised - a great location, lovely decorated with hosts that thought of every little thing. Basic cooking stuff is there, the place is very clean with a very comfortable bed. Very close to Plitvice, while being secluded and away from the main road.

It took most of our first day for the house to warm up. But once it got warm, it stayed very warm throughout our stay.

The house and the surroundings were cozy and beautiful. Charming and with attention to detail, warm and with all amenities you need. The kids were free to run around, no traffic nearby. We were lucky to have amazing and warm weather. The host was available and easy to communicate with but other than a short greeting she stayed away which made the experience more private.

Everything was great.

very sweet hut a bit hidden away in the mountains near Plitvice National Park. Beautiful charming property (one of the most beautiful we have seen in the area!!) with a fantastic garden where you can stargaze at night, make a bonfire, have a barbecue or just drink wine in the nicely light outdoor seating area. The small kitchen had everything you need to prepare a small breakfast or even cook pasta for dinner. Key pick up was easy (a box at the door), payment too.

We found it a pity to never actually having get to know in person the lovely hostess. we only. had the conversations via message (which is perfectly fine), we just would have loved to meet them in person to chat and get some insider tipps around the area. nevertheless, we would happily come again!

Great location for a family getaway, close to Plitvice but quite and peacefully located in the hills. Tastefully arranged inside with some very nice details. Outside the king size BBQ with according seat corner and hammock’s were mostly enjoyable

Beautiful location, very peaceful with separate BBQ area. Very "living in the woods" style throughout. Very friendly hosts that helped with al requests.

WiFi was poor, there was a wasps-nest closeby, there was no water in the afternoon on more than one occasion and the water heating was not so straightforward. It would have helped if there had been an instruction of sorts.

Everything. Just go there. You will not find a better place.
