Hosts were so friendly + kind! Late checkout was accommodated to help me with a client meeting which really sealed the deal. Second time staying and I loved it!!!

"Shadow lodge"

Everything the lodge is beautiful, spacious and just what we needed. The Christmas tree 🎄 made it extra special. The bath is amazing, bed is very soft and comfortable 😌 if you want to cook you have all the facilities to do so.

Loved the cosy decor and the log fire. Everything was set up beautifully. Great location for visiting all of the nature parks around Newcastle. We could have stayed for a week!

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like it but the bath was awkward to wash in if you just wanted a quick shower.

Fabulous location easy walk to Newcastle sea front. Very comfortable cabin with comfy bed. Host response brilliant and quick to a minor query

Everything! Incredible attention to detail

Missed not having a shower, but that’s just a personal preference. Wash hand basin in bathroom too small but appreciate the space is limited
