Les chalets Uluwatu

The location is really good. It was clean, the beds are comfortable. Medium size room with a desk. They have a kitchen you can use. The staff is nice and welcoming. Bonus they have super cute cats.

Can be loud from people around etc because not very soundproof. However you can't ear the traffic.

I spent 9 days in this adorable homestay, made friends with the owners and staff, and had a wonderful 65th birthday at Rolling Fork Restaurant dancing Salsa until midnight. Agus and Getri took care of everything for me, arranging transportation or whatever I needed! The bed was comfy, the bathroom clean, and The Bungalow was ADORABLE! The kitchen and refrigerator were really handy, and the pregnant Homestay cat slept in my room in between my trips to Melasti beach, which is really close, and the Paradise we're ALL looking for! The owner and her husband stopped by, and we had a lovely chat. I recommend Les Chalets for a quiet and affordable short or long stay. Bon Voyage!!!

For Uluwatu it is really good value for money, I ended up staying for a week. The location is a bit outside of everything so I took a Gojek every day but it really is worth it when you compare prices. The owners are nice and quick to reply on WhatsApp. One morning there was a weird smell in the room and they immediately came to clean the room. There's a small kitchen with free water and a cute cat.

The bed was not very comfortable and I feel like the room could do with some cozy yellow light as the white light felt very sterile. Also once you shower the entire bathroom is wet so maybe it would be nice to have something to dry or prevent that.
