Scam and Ignorance – Two Times Disappointment The first time, right after I checked in, the electricity, water, and internet were all cut off for the entire day until late at night. I couldn’t rest or work — it was extremely uncomfortable. There was no water at all, which made it impossible to even stay in the room. I contacted the property asking for compensation — completely ignored. No refund, no extra night offered. They took the money, but I was left with no basic living conditions. The second time, I paid in advance and requested either an early check-in or a cancellation with a refund because I arrived early in the morning. They responded with only “late check-in” and offered no solution at all. As a result, I never even stayed, but they still charged me. Would not recommend. Total lack of service, responsibility, and customer care.

friendly cats, air con. Not much honestly, this place needs serious maintenance, everything feels really run down. not cute or glamorous.

-whole bathroom floods when you take a shower -broken soap dispensers -only one towel, old and scratchy -my food kept in the public fridge was all thrown out one day for no reason???? -had to chase 2/3 times for extra toilet roll (no housekeeping the entire 4 days i was there) -mattress smelt like urine, had to ask three times if anything could be done about it -shower was always COLD, no hot water, broken shower head and mouldy curtain -building work all around, can be loud in the morning -it felt very open, not the most secure property. -bad for privacy, unless curtains kept closed all day -no mosquito net, with open windows in the bathroom. -kitchen was pretty bare and old, pots kept on the dirty floor inside the cupboards. not somewhere you would really want to cook.

The bungalow is very nice, the staff is kind and helpful.

- the chalet I was given smelled like a wet cat or dog. I didn’t understand why until the property’s cat started banging on my door. I have stayed in that chalet for 2 days and the cat have been coming to my door starting at 7AM every day and banging on it since I guess it lived in the chalet where i’m staying. It comes to my door all the time, I cannot leave the door open for a second. - the chalets are almost touching each other, have zero sound proof so you will hear everything that is happening outside. The staff arrived today at 6:45AM, kept chatting for 30 min, woke me up, no chance to sleep. Another member of the staff starts cooking at 8AM scratching pans, making huge noise, my room is next to the kitchen, no chance to sleep. Before he was talking super loud on the speaker for an hour on his phone. I really wish the staff would understand that these chalets have no sound proof and when they talk loud, scratch pans, the guests cannot rest. - the roof above the table and chairs in the kitchen is broken and when it’s windy it makes a lot of noise. Yesterday I had to listen to it all day. Please fix the roof. Stop keeping your cat in the chalets for guests. Also understand that we tourists are on vacation here and don’t want to be woken up at 6:45AM and stay awake. I have a lot of work on my computer today but I’m so sleep deprived I have to cancel half of it, only because the staff here have zero respect for the guests and cannot respect they might want to sleep or rest
