The cosy Quinta da Maria has a great location, wonderful garden and the most hospitable and kind owner, who is btw an experienced tour guide so you can have guided tours right from your home 😊

Liebevoll ausgestaltete und sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienpension. Nicht nur viele Räume, sondern auch draussen eine Sitzecke im Garten und alles sehr gepflegt, grün und sauber. Die Pension liegt auch sehr verkehrsgünstig an der Straße nach Horta bzw. zum Flughafen. Sehr nette Wirtin, Frühstück war auch lecker.

"Un buon punto d'appoggio per l'isola"

Casa enorme con una gran quantità di letti. Il gazebo e il giardino esterni sono ottimi per rilassarsi. Luzia e suo marito sono molto ospitali e disponibili. Vicino alla città di Horta. Parcheggio comodo.

Bagno piccolo, anche considerando le dimensioni della casa. Impossibile farsi la doccia perché l'acqua è o gelida o bollente, senza via di mezzo. Colazione non è vero che è inclusa. Ci sono alcuni generi alimentari in casa a disposizione, peraltro nel frigo anche cose già aperte: non igienico.

Belle maison bien décorée Gentillesse de Maria

Nous pensions tout faire à pied mais en fait il faut prévoir un véhicule car la maison est loin de toutes commodités et la route jusqu’à l’aéroport est très passante donc pas agréable à pied ( qui est à 20 minutes à pied uniquement)

Lucia was a wonderful host! She greeted me with fresh eggs, bread and honey which was so sweet. She was so gracious and hospitable. I would recommend her lovely place anytime.
