Quite simply the accommodation was amazing. An excellent location with great facilities and lots of little extras upon arrival. The communication from the hosts was excellent too. Definitely a place in Napier that we would stay at again.

Nothing. I only wish we'd been able to stay longer.

High level of interior finish with a very comfortable bed. Lovely towels and bedsheets. The overall experience though for the price point fell well short of expectations.

Heavy building works taking place that started at 7.30am and really caused a disturbance. The view from our chalet was not as shown in the property details, we overlooked a building site. Trees had been lost in the storms, and also it appeared were cleared for building site, so the outlook was quite different from that illustrated. We understand this isn't in control of the owners, but it felt misleading that they hadn't made guests aware. We booked a chalet with a balcony, but were allocated one without. Things listed like the bbq were not available, we were told this needed to be ordered in advance not at 2pm for evening use???!! The outside area is unsuitable for anyone who isn't 100%steady on their feet. The 'special touches' like the cheese board are just a couple of baby bell cheeses and a laughing cow cheese spread! We could go on, but all in all way overpriced for what you get. Response from management was just either ignore or say she'd let the owners know. Really was a 'couldn't care less, we've got your money' attitude.

We LOVED this little piece of heaven! The whole place! The gardens, the fresh fruit, the birds, the beautiful accommodations!! All the details they put into making you feel at home, priceless. And the location was PERFECT!! 5 min from everything! We will stay again!!

Top quality accommodation. Ideal location in a very safe area of Napier. Host met us on arrival and gave us a quick run through of all the amenities and made us feel very welcome during the stay. Little details like the recommendations for restaurants and bars provided were well received.
