GBLodge was lovely and spacious, it had everything that we needed for our 2 night stay. Bed was comfortable and the whole lodge was clean. Hot tub was as expected, it was a good temperature with the added option of turning the temperature up or down to suit your preference. The accommodation was a bit sketchy to get to with some narrow lanes so my advice is if you are coming from Swansea Bridgend Cardiff then drive into the town centre first then follow the sat nav to the accommodation, that way you avoid most of the lanes.
Didn't see any staff members around only one that continually rode up and down on his quad bike early morning. Where I appreciate maintenance needs doing, he didn't need to constantly ride past our lodge! Then there was an incident where a group of people turned up in the lodge opposite ours and constantly played music and shouted until 1 o'clock in the morning! I approached them and reminded them that quiet hours were between 11pm and 7am but was met by aggressive drunken loud yobs who wouldn't quieten down. I rang the emergency mobile number in our handbook needing a staff member to come and defuse the situation but they couldn't be bothered to answer! It ruined our stay. Needless to say we will not be returning because for £305 for 2 nights was a waste of money
GBLoved how quiet and peaceful the surroundings were. Area was great, and local restaurants and pubs are ideal for a good night out.
Not the Facilities fault, but we couldn't find a Taxi or Uber service to and from local town, and walking the distance wasn't possible.

GBLovely place and surroundings. Hot tub was a hit with my boys and me. Accommodation was lovely and comfortable and well looked after. I would recommend.
There weren't towels left for us. I did state that my children were also coming. Also, there is only one toilet roll and no hand soap left. Luckily, I read the other reviews before I arrived. Could do with a few hooks in the double room as there was no where to put your clothes.

GBThe park is very quiet and peaceful.
It smelt of damp in the lodge, had to keep the windows open through the night as it was very noticeable. Very basic looking. For what it costs I think it should be better. There are wooden pieces on the floor at the end of the double bed, I don’t know their purpose but I stubbed my toes on them countless times. The outdoor area, decking and the artificial grass of the hot tub area could have done with jet wash, looked grubby and tired.
