No basic items such as toilet roll, soap etc on arrival. Strong smell of sewerage directly outside the log cabin. Advertised as having free Wi-Fi, yet the only Wi-Fi available was at the main office. No Wi-Fi accessible in the log cabins. TV reception very poor. Extra charges for absolutely everything, including call outs, dogs, early/late arrivals etc., costing already is high enough without additional costs. Kitchen light was absolutely full of flies/bugs & needed cleaning. Communal forestry area/path scruffy & littered, including a dumped wooden window frame, litter/rubbish discarded on the floor etc Availability of a fan would be useful for use in the cabin during hot weather.

GBGBWhat a Gem. Nestled in the woods. Our stay was very peaceful, we had a wonderfully relaxed couple of days. The cottage was spotlessly clean, bright and inviting. The hot tub was amazing with its own private fenced area and was clean. The bed was very comfy, couldn’t have asked for anything else.
