Beautiful, quiet and peaceful. I love everything about this place, the rooms are very comfortable and clean, staff were extremely lovely and accommodating and we loved not having too many people around. My son loved the pool and spa, it was perfect for both of us. Its a paradise of relaxation. Perfect place for us to unwind from our busy lifestyle. Thank you

"Amazing mountain view, accom and break away from Akld"

Amazing mountain view to wake up to. Received few texts with details of where room was, they left the light on in the chalet for us and had the heater going so the room was so nice and warm when we arrived. The owners are amazing and very accommodating with using the spa and us arriving at 1am in the morning from Auckland

The location was stunning, peaceful. The chalet was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast basket was very generous. The hosts very friendly and helpful. we stayed an extra night. Would stay again.

If you enjoy not being greeted by your hosts, loads of mosquitoes in your bedroom and a swimming pool located several hundred metres away and in the private quarters of your host……...you are going to love Savana Estates accommodation.

Upon arrival we were provided with a basket of fruit+cereal+yoghurt+chocolate+ milk+homebeer. Booking.com says that “a continental breakfast is available every morning at the chalet”. When we asked about breakfast for our second morning we were told that the breakfast basket was meant for the entire weekend (per couple). Really? Extremely poor+absent communication from hosts. We only got a reply from them after two attempts at reaching out about this matter. Finally, the bed was so hard we had to purchase a mattress topper from Briscoes. We wish we would have carefully reviewed th previous guest comments before booking. It seems that other guests posted similar negative experiences. Think very carefully before you part ways with +$500 for a two night stay.
