Accommodation in a poor state of repair. Inaccurate information in the welcome file, which was not up to date. Squashed flies on walls, tv not working and shower not hot.

"Wouldn't book it again. Friend's booked similar cabin on site and it was superb."

Very relaxing weekend, beautiful location with beautiful views. The lodge was clean, comfortable & well equipped. We loved it so much we've booked again for August.

"Ideal location, close to Elan valley and Builth Wells very close for pubs and restaurants."

Location was excellent, lovely view and quiet, peaceful surroundings, where you could totally relax.

Property was a little tired, and could do with a refresh. Ideal for us two adults, but rather cramped for a family

"Fantastic location for touring mid and South Wales"

Brilliant location and well equipped

Could only get Sky news on TV. No coax connector on back of tv. Verandah is tired and needs attention but set in a beautiful position. Main window has no blind or curtains so not private.

came with all stuff needed e.g plates etc didn’t stay here in the day just for night time, slept well arrived late was worried was going to be cold but was nice and warm when we arrived every evening.

had issues with flies probably due to the fact the lake is literally opposite.

"Beautiful setting and for fine for the price."

Stunning location and lovely setting for walks. The wobbly bridge over the river on the park was a fun feature. Convenient location for Builth Wells.
