Modern, clean, spacious house with a boardwalk right to the beach. Comfortable beds, many towels, fire pit outside. We had the best time while we were out exploring Punakaiki, and were very comfortable when we got back to the house too.

"Little slice of paradise"

It was a great little hidden gem and had all you could need. It was also very comfy and clean.

The only things were the tap water was slightly brown and tasted metallic, but we just bought some water bottles. The shower mixer kept getting bumped but that's just a minor thing to do with my height (shorty here).

"Loved the cottage, perfect place to stay after a few days hiking, would come back again"

Lots of space, very comfortable beds , sunny and full of light, despite being in a cottage near the road it was very quite, great location.
