The house was very clean. There was a hot tub.

The WiFi was not working at all, the yard is one of the smallest.

"אלמלא היחס ותודעת השירות הלקויה לאורחים, היה יכול להיות מושלם!!!!"

מקום יפהפה, נוח, נעים, נראה מעולה, נוף יפה ופסטורלי. רמה גבוהה של מקום, ממש מפנק, מחומם היטב, עיצוב נקי ומקסים. וכך כל האוירה סביב מקום האירוח. מעולה למשפחה שרוצה לבשל לעצמה את האוכל.

תודעת שירות, הווי פיי לא עבד וזה שיבש לנו ממש את הלוז. ניסו לתקן ולא הצליחו - ולא לקחו אחריות על זה. כשירד גשם הייתה נזילה מהקולט אדים ישר על הכיריים וזה שיבש את הבישול כשמטפטף מים - שוב אמרו שאין להם מה לעשות בנידון והשאירו אותנו ככה. היה שם קמין והיה לנו עצים אבל לא הרשו להשתמש בעצים כי המדיניות היא רק לקנות מהם, ולשאלתי שכבר הבאנו עצים כי לא ידענו, ועם כל הפאשלות שלהם איך מדקדקים איתנו על זה - לא הייתה תשובה. בשורה התחתונה התחושה הייתה ש"זורקים עלינו"
