The villa has a perfect & private location located in the best district on the island ( glacis ). Owen is the best host, he is so friendly and kind. I enjoyed every minute of my stay and will definitely be living here again.

The only positive about it is the beach

Terrible experience – avoid this place! We arrived for check-in and were absolutely shocked by the condition of the chalet. It was extremely dirty – sticky countertops, crumbs everywhere, hair in the sink, urine stains on the toilet, and the whole place smelled of damp and mildew. We told the owner there was no way we could stay there, as the room was in a truly disgusting and unacceptable state. The owner claimed this was the first time something like this had happened, but judging by other reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue. He agreed not to charge us, and we left immediately. However, after we left and I tried to contact him via Booking to cancel the reservation officially, he completely stopped responding.

There was no place for on arrival.... why the owner didn't inform us about the issue before our arrival... moreover we couldn't contact him on the arrival day (just like we have not been expected). The official reason was that a water pipe broke unexpectedly a day before (but I've seen all apartments busy with all terrasses with shoes and blankets of other customers). Another problem is with the payment (I've transferred the money few weeks upfront), yet he claimed the money didn't arrive to his account. BTW...we have booked with our credit card so the payment should have been done this way rather that by transfer or cash(on their request). It is all very unusual... in fact I'm a very frequent booking.com user since many years and these things have never happened to me. So think twice before you book this particular place. Looking on the google.com there was at least 1 person who had the same problem (no place on arrival).

Great location. Perhaps the best beach on the island is right in front of you. Unique place. In terms of cleanliness, more could be desired. Linen is not changed, which is a bit careless. Everything else is great. The house is equipped with everything you need. There are shops nearby for shopping. Fast food is also very close. Nice restaurant nearby.
