We are definitely coming back here. Host, Owen, is a very good guy. Since we were traveling with small kids, he was very accommodating to our needs and organization especially due to our travel arrangements. Chalet is on a very nice beach, and the view from it is amazing. it is very clean and well maintained. It is also very well equipped and definitely provides you with all that you might require for one great vacation. Top recommendation from our side and we will definitely be back.

All was perfect

Location was nice, right on the beach. Parking is very easy, in front of the house.

The apartment needs some repairs. Kitchen was dirty. We asked to fix the bedroom French door but was never done. We asked for the weekly cleaning (we were supposed to have one) but no one came. This place it’s definitely overpriced!

Despite the overall impression of being "tired" and the issues mentioned below, this is a spacious place, very suitable for families, and with a lovely view of the beach and forest. The beautiful beach is just a couple of footsteps away

Unfortunately, there were quite a few issues: - Various lightbulbs were not working and those that looked like recently replaced had cold light, not contributing to a comfortable mood - Both shower drains were plugged - No nightstand lamps - The original owner equipped everything with EU plug appliances and therefore required adapters. There was not a sufficient amount of adapters, so one needed to rearrange/switch whenever needed. - AC louver swing was broken, so AC was stuck blowing in an undesired direction - Both sunbeds on the terrace were broken (but were replaced within a day after we mentioned it) - Both the dishwasher and the washing machine stopped mid-cycle with an error message. Dishes and clothes were not clean - Covid warning signs were plastered all over (this might still be a government regulation though) - There were four TV remote controls, but none seemed to work.

Our stay at LÌlot Beach Chalets was excellent. We didn't want to go to a classic resort, we wanted to try something different and this house in front of the beach was really amazing.. waking up in the morning and seeing the beach and the ocean in front of you was very special.. the beach is relatively small, but very few people are there, mainly the ones staying at this chalet or a couple of other house in the nearby. There is a small kiosk a the beach, which opens from 12 to 18pm every day with a few options to eat and drink. We had some grilled fish there, very good one (but need be patient as it's a small kitchen). Couple of shops nearby (also walking distance) but with not much to buy, just the basic (some bread, water, pasta, sauces, etc..). Otherwise we were driving with the car about 10 minutes to the Beau Vallon Beach area, where there are many other options (restaurants, street food trucks, shops, etc..). Owen, the host was most the time around, he lives in the next house and was always available when we needed something, reaching out to him via phone if we could not find him.
