Very nice host, very good location with perfect view, cozy house.

Очень уютные Шале. За наше пребывание мы успели прожить в 3 разных. Каждое из них были превосходными по своему. В Шале 11, большие панорамные окна, большой телевизор. Шале 4 маленькое и идеально для одной пары. Шале 2 в себе совместило все качества, как уют, так и комфорт. Присутствовало все необходимое для проживания. Очень порадовал интернет Starlink

По каким-то причинам, в самом дорогом шале 11 отсутствовало средство для мытья посуды и утюг. Неудобное расположение розеток, отсутствовали прикроватные тумбочки, что доставляло неудобство в размещении вещей. Также отсутствовал шкаф где можно было сложить вещи.

This was the third time we entrusted our holiday in Svaneti to Winterfell. We fell in love with this place for its unique views, both in summer and winter, for the coziness that reigns in the cottages, and for the atmosphere of peace and quiet. We got what we expected, for which we are very grateful.

Minor domestic issues slightly dampened our impression of the holiday. We were unable to find a way to turn on the microwave, which apparently did not work due to low voltage in the electrical network. We also hoped to use the sauna, as we did a year ago (after all, the name of the complex now includes ‘spa’), but we could not even find it among the list of services provided (it was probably being renovated). I hope that when all the construction work on the site is finished, Winterfell will become a magnificent complex where everyone, without exception, will find something to do and enjoy themselves.
