Property was in perfect condition. Everything was brand new! Highly recommend!

The property was very tidy and clean, everything was brand new, comfortable beds, warm floors, big refrigerator. They have power generator so we didn’t have power outages. Staff is very friendly and ready to help. They also have big sauna with panoramic windows with mountain views. Thank you!

It wasn’t bad but it could be even better if property has a clothes drying rack.

I did not stay here , 30 mins before arrival, they sent a message and asked me to find another host. They can't host us due to frozen pipes, etc., which is common in winter, and every hotel has a solution for it in Mestia, but I have checked the place on the same day/night, and it is fully booked with people. i think it's being overbooked and ignored my booking, which is done 3 months ago ,

เหมือนห้องจะยังไม่พร้อมให้บริการ นอน 2 คืน ไม่ได้อาบน้ำทั้ง 2 คืนเลย คืนแรกแจ้งว่าไฟดับทั้งเมือง พอคืนที่ 2 ไฟติดแต่ก็ยังไม่สามารถใช้น้ำอาบได้ และที่สำคัญ ไฟดับเป็น 10 รอบ เป็นเฉพาะห้องที่พักเท่านั้นส่วนห้องอื่นไม่มีปัญหา ถ้ายังไม่พร้อมเปิดบริการไม่ควรเปิด ทำให้เสียความรู้สึก

The room was nice with all needed facilities. The view in front of the room was great.
