Bathroom was clogged, no hot water in kitchen, water pressure was low. General house keeping outside cottage were poor

The lodge was so spacious and homely, equipped with everything we needed, just perfect for Christmas. The lodge was clean to a good standard, however if I had to criticise anything I would say it could do with a deep clean every now and then, I pulled the shower outlets up in shower and it was filled with grime and hair, the shower hose and bits of flaking grime and all the wood beams were covered in thick layer of dust. These things are probably overlooked by cleaning staff. But I didn’t mind so much as I brought all my cleaning products with me. The site was very peaceful and had everything we needed (pool, football, restaurant, bar) If you could improve upon next year, I’d suggest a lovely outdoor Christmas tree 😁😁 Thank you for a lovely stay - we will be back.

Unfortunately we found the mattresses on the beds uncomfortable- this was our 2nd visit to the same lodge. They are in need of replacing now.

Everything! Location, the facilities , the lodge, the staff's customer care second to none, the relaxed atmosphere! It was exactly what we were looking for: rest, peace, comfort, entertainment for our 12 yr old boys and walks in the beautiful nature.Perfect! Highly recommend the Brecon lodge hot tub and facilities!
