Cosy and warm. Nice location. I’ve been several times before.

Sadly the mould needs to be addressed. Hot water stops after a minute when running a bath

Simply superb..everything from the staff to the lodge we could not fault. Never met so many helpful and friendly staff, a credit to Panglas. We stayed in the Gwynedd which was a perfect location.. very spacious and packed with everything you need. Many thanks and see you soon.

A few of the gym equipment not plugged in and couldn't be used. Apart from that, superb.

state of the saucepans we had them changed twice and meal was ruined on our fist night even though we had been given replacement frypan the silver surface ended up on our chicken so we had cheese and biscuits and had pans changed again next day. dusty floor and skirting boards rusty drainer and store cupboards on kitchen had debi’s. dish washer had no power on day of vacating

My stay was not pleasant as the storms came and we had no electricity for the whole stay the facilities like the pool were closed and the restraunt. But the staff tried their best and were pleasant and gave us free logs for the log burner .Maybe a backup generator could be worth considering, but it's probably once in a decade event. I will come again because I think it would be a great place to stay under different circumstances. The Lodge itself was lovely and spacious with everything needed except electricity lol.
