The hot-tub.

There was almost no water in the plumbing, taking a shower was impossible. That no good reason for it. The restaurant took ages before we got our dinner. The dinner itself was without any taste.

The setting is beautiful, peaceful, rural. The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble, kind and helpful. The swimming pool was great and never busy.

The lodge itself was a little unloved. It could do with a deep clean (the cobwebs everywhere were letting it down) and perhaps a dehumidifier to keep the musty smell away.

Nice facilities. Comfortable bed. Living area very spacious.

It was a bit dated and tired looking. A few cobwebs in the bedroom and bathroom. The shower was not powerful enough. The hours of opening the coffee shop were too short. Nice if it opened in the day.

It is a good base to explore Wales, there is nothing nearby. The property had everything we could want and was clean and tidy. It included a hot tub and was nice and modern. The pool and facilities are very dated but clean.

We didn't have any water all morning on our first day, this affected the whole area so wasn't their fault but extremely frustrating. The sofas are extremely uncomfortable and need replacing, or at least re-filling. The beds were not comfortable for me, but fine for the kids.

Facilities were very good. Location was peaceful and ww were able to get to locations easily

The lodge was very tired looking. House keeping was not great. Heaters in the lodge were old looking. The extra blankets had a off smell

There was lot of space..rooms and kitchen were big.

Very difficult to get taxi to come to pick us up..no uber available. Reception was not helpful in getting us taxi..and half of the time Reception was closed.even restaurant closed when we were there.
