Snug hut 5-Hot Tub-Woodland Lodges-Pembrokshire-Tenby

The location and setting was wonderful, 30 minutes from Tenby and not far from amenities.

The bed was like sleeping on a rock, the cabin over all was clean, however smelt of damp and could do with updating. The hot tub was a nice.

The photos made it look better than it actually turned out to be, quite dusty and looked unloved, could do with a revamp. Everything was marked/worn, furniture very miss matched. Sofa and bed very uncomfortable. The outside area not as private as would have liked, felt very on show especially when in swimwear. Unfortunately due to the bad weather there was no shelter outside or enough fencing to block the bad wind.

Everything we needed was available. The facilities were comfortable and it is located in a peaceful location. The hot hub was secluded by fencing which was nice because it felt private and relaxing. Bed was comfortable and our cabin had a good WiFi range. We had no issue with Internet service, which we was a little worried about after reading others reviews. The lodge was warmed well by the radiators.

There was a few dishes that hadn't been washed properly. The door mat was fairly ineffective when coming in form the hot tub. It wasn't very big and kept moving around. When I wiped the wet floor after coming in from the hot tub with a towel, the floor was not very clean.

The property was not how they portrayed in the advertisement. It was warn and not well kept. It was freezing when we got there the heaters are inadequate, wall paper ripped and the shower was not safe enough to shower in. When you turned the knob to the of position it stayed on. The only way the shower turned of was from the main switch. We didn’t trust that it was wired correctly to use

Very quiet and peaceful.

I liked all of it apart from no window in bathroom.
