Ocean View Chalets

The property is beautifully positioned in a natural environment surrounded by native trees and shrubs, giving a feeling of total privacy. The views across the bay at sunrise and sunset were fabulous.

Views! And very comfortable accommodations in a perfect location !

Es war wie daheim, wir mussten wg schlecht Wetter drin bleiben (die Straßen waren unterspült, überschwemmt oder verschüttet) , hier war daheim bleiben einfach schön 🤩 Es ist alles da, Küche mit herdplatten, Pfanne und Töpfe, und alles funktioniert!

The view is beautiful, the room is very comfortable and lovely, and Chris and Jared are very kind, friendly, and extremely helpful. And the pūkeko and weka, and all the other little birds, are wonderful. I hope to come back one day, and I already know where I’ll want to stay.

Loved how close to everything this property was ! We could walk wherever we needed to go , the hosts/owners were also incredibly welcoming and friendly :)

We booked a one bedroom chalet for a romantic getaway, and had a great stay at Ocean View Chalets. The chalets are well spaced apart and so very quiet, with beautiful views and surrounded by native bush and birdlife. Sunrise was amazing. The chalet was well appointed with everything we needed, and very clean. The hosts, Chris & Jared, are both very friendly and welcoming. Plenty of places to eat nearby, but the chalet kitchen also has everything you need to cook if you prefer. Would highly recommend and hope to get back for another stay in the future!
