Pandora

A spacious chalet in the heart of Mavrovo National Park, great base for hiking in the surrounding mountains. It is a part of a big family house, there are a lot of beds, and there is even a fireplace for winter months. The owner was nice and helpful. Free parking close to the house.

There is a cosy small bedroom on the first floor for 2 people, but it is a bit akward and quite demanding for the other members of the visiting group who sleep downstairs, in not so much comfortable bunk beds, that the toilet and bathroom and access to water is only on the first floor, so it meant climbing the long wooden staircase several times up and down…

We stayed just for one night. Host is very kind person, we arrived late in the evening and she brought us coffee and cups for tomorrow morning and gave us all necessary information about the place. Beds are perfectly comfort, we managed to rest like the kings. Temperature in the apartment was just as it has to be. We will come again to Pandora for longer stay, that's for sure!

I was alone but this is an entire ski chalet. I was here in summer and got a great price. The family are super nice. Best I’ve had in North Macedonia. The place sleeps about 7 or 8. Full kitchen. Garden view. Parking. WiFi very decent. They have a big fire and wood for winter. Perfect location for hiking or skiing. Excellent

Nice spot by the lake and old church. Good for exploring Mavrovo national park. The host was very kind and good communication. Cozy room.

Only downside was wifi was a bit slow, but it’s a more remote area.

Nice villa and guest room. Warm invite with coffee. The accomodation is located close to the lake.

A rustic cheaper option in a family home hosted by Oliver. The bedroom is spacious and Oliver is nice. Everything was clean, even if things were a bit old and rusted and I was happy with the accommodation and also the place close by that Oliver recommended to eat!

Sharing the bathroom with the family I thought might be a problem but they hardly seemed to use it! . There are number of stairs to the property which would not be a problem if you didn’t have a bicycle or mobility problem, but it was fine. I was able to chain my bike up downstairs in the carport under cover..

The owner was incredibly warm and helpful. The chalet is spacious and very comfortable.
