Front door. fridge. Washing machine. Microwave. WiFi. Good communication with the owner John. John was kind enough to inform and reply quickly. He did ask why we didn’t stay and we were honest. He did say that the beach was a public beach, and we totally accept that. But I do think this should be outlined in the description detail and be more honest about the state in which you may find it cleanliness.

Walk way to the property. Second hand flip flops. Filthy Gas BBQ. Dirty area around balcony. Rubbish on the beach. Dog excrement on the beach. No where clean enough to relax on the beach. Rundown area.

Lovely and clean, pool was a bonus to chill off after a day out plenty of room for 4. About 5 mins from Ao nang in a Tuk Tuk and 10/15 minute walk. The beach is 5 mins away and there are plenty of places to eat within a 2 minute walk

Lack of toilet paper and the bins were only emptied once in 8 days so we had a problem with ants, we just put the bin bags outside the front door problem solved.

The room was just beside the beach side. The host Mr. John is very friendly and helpful.

Just 1 or 2 mosquitoes.

We love the view and quiet area. We both really enjoy our coffee with the sunrise view at the verandah. Parking is no problem at all. We will be back again. Thanks John

"One of the best places we've ever stayed at"

Everything. The location, the neighborhood, the interior of the house, the great view when you wake up in the morning and open the curtains. The room was clean and looked just like in the pictures, very beautiful. We really loved our stay there, and on the day of check out, we really felt sad that we had to leave. The host John was very friendly and helpful. If we had a question or needed something, he helped us out with everything, such a great guy and personality. The Self Check in process was very smooth because of the detailed information we received. We would definitely book this place again because it was one of the highlights during our stay in Malaysia.

There is absolutely nothing to complain about. Some people mentioned Ants inside the house. What do you expect with a location like that? It is literally right at the beach. During our stay we only had a few Ants and they didn't bother us at all.
