Our cottage was spacious + clean + pet friendly

Very peaceful and safe

The shower was very small and the place should only accommodate 6 and not 10.

The view at sunset was spectacular, the indoor fire was a wonderful addition and in general it was a cosy and nice place to stay. We enjoyed it there for sure. The horses across the road were very cute and nice to look at. The hosts were very helpful in letting us know where to go, in which we did give pebble beach a try and loved it. The hosts were also very responsive and helpful. The view from the top floor was very nice as well. The road to pennygum is very gorgeous too. I am very grateful and happy for the wonderful communication and reception. Lungi was very sweet, helpful and accommodating.

The braai was dirty and we had to scrub it a lot. The place having only one shower was a surprise as there was a bath in the other bathroom. But the hot water was not an issue so that was ok. The kitchen light does need to be replaced and was flickering at the start (not a real issue since it eventually did work, but it does need to be changed).

Lovely view, a well laid out spacious unit fitted with a lovely mix of quirky, antique and modern furnishings and a large fireplace for cooler nights. The units are not enclosed and there were 3 delightful very friendly little dogs who spent their time with us and our two little ones. We absolutely did not mind but do keep this in mind if you do not like dogs. I highly recommend this spot! Would be amazing for a group/large family get away.

Not much to be honest. Kitchen could do with some brighter lighting.

Conveniently situated, peaceful and very safe. Friendly and helpful staff. Super comfortable beds with crisp, clean bedding and electric blankets. Lovely views and birdlife. Dog friendly. Steaming hot shower and bath. Beautiful indoor fireplace. Loved the complimentary farm fresh milk, rusks and coffee too!

Kitchen equipment could have been a little cleaner or maybe some things replaced from being well used. Knives not the sharpest, and couldn't find scissors, but otherwise well stocked with cutlery and crockery.

The inner doors need some attention for opening and closing.
