I couldn't fault it

Absolutely loved the location so close to the lake with view onto it. The house itself was well equipped with all things one could possibly need. Having 6 people in our party it helped to have the use of 3 bathrooms. The host was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great stay for a family get together!

Nothing serious at all. Maybe the decor/furniture is a bit out dated but very functional.

Location is exceptional, right next to the lake and parks, quick and easy access to the walk around the lake. Facilities were excellent, very clean, comfortable. It was a hot day and the air-con was on, the rooms were very cool. Both beds were comfortable. Bread and milk provided as well as breakfast cereals and jams etc. Bathroom and kitchen both excellent.

Ceiling fans in the bedrooms would have been helpful as it was quite warm.

The location suited us perfectly. Lake Sambell just across the road, only 170 m from the rail trail, and 700 m from Beechworth Bakery. Inside the studio, plenty of cooking utensils, cups, plates and cutlery were provided. Our children and grandchildren camped at the nearby campground, just 15 walk away, and came over often for meals, so the outdoor seating and gas BBQ were well used and much appreciated.
