The host we really lovely people and were so helpful. The accommodation was abvove our expectations and was clean and comfortable.

It was beautifully appointed with lots of lovely thoughtful touches. The location was outstanding and the local surroundings were beautiful.

Very neat and tidy. Had everything you needed to feel at home immediately. Comfortable couches...beds good. Excellent location near the lake and walking to town.

Location, and still very roomy for just a “studio”.

The location was beautiful with well maintained gardens and spotless interior of the unit. The studio had everything we could have asked for, all the mod cons and was cozy and quiet. The inside of the studio looked newly updated with clean lines and tasteful décor. James and Heidi were easily contacted for advice or support. They had supplied tea, coffee, milk, bread and butter and there was a selection of spreads. Being very close to Lake Sambell it was great for walks in a peaceful setting but also not far from the center of Beechworth. Highly recommended.
