Experience with the host was very unpleasant, her communication was virtually non existant and we had to drive up and down to security to get the correct address and then codes to access the keys. She simply does not answer her phone. Furthermore, the kettle was faulty and tripped the power repeatedly and several lights and ceiling fans did not work.

The property is well kept. Animals look very healthy and roam around. The warm pools are amazing, has a great playground for kids

The tea stations in the rooms had no teabags and sugar but they have everything at the tuck shop.
