Not a lot really. Location.

Heating in bedroom should be clearly labeled how to switch on. ( I’m savvy but a bit of a strange setup) Having to pay for electricity. Patio doors very hard to open and shut.

The location was stunning, I imagine it is beautiful in summer.

The bed linen in the double room was wet in the bottom quarter when we went to bed, not just damp. Similarly, the towels were damp, including the kitchen . As this was bed time, I could only feed back to the host the day after. They were apologetic and commented that they used a cleaning service and did not look after such things themselves. A general lack of love and care is sadly obvious with stuffing coming out of the sofa, trailing blind fixtures and dust. The beds were so uncomfortable, thin and with protruding springs. This was noted last summer by guests too. The WiFi does not work, and some tv instructions would have helped us out. Hosts were quick to respond to any questions and were especially helpful with directing us to electric cards as we were arriving after office hours. On the whole, very disappointing.

The location, accessibility and the assertive owners. They were able to quickly suggest me with options when there were difficulties connecting with WiFi even though when they were out for vacation

There is nothing like that. A small feedback would be to provide some sugar packets and tea bags which would have been more helpful

The holiday park was lovely and really well located. The holiday home was a good size for 2 adults and a baby. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the sunshine.

The mattress springs felt a bit loose - not totally uncomfortable per se, but not the most supportive mattress. I wouldn't have liked to have slept on it for more than a couple of nights. The standard of cleanliness could have been higher. We stayed with our 8 month old baby, so noticed things a bit more (while we were down on the floor playing or leaning over the bathtub). It would have been useful to have some basic cleaning equipment like a broom and a mop. (A sponge, a tea towel and washing up liquid was provided in the kitchen.) There were a lot of plugs and electric wires in one corner of the living room, so we had to reorganise those and put them out of reach of the baby.

The main bed was very small and the mattress was lumpy and in need of replacing. The wifi was ok for half the time and non existing the other half. We had to resort to either the pool bar or the cafe within the park to access their wifi. Host/owner not on site so some difficulty getting answers to problems

Mattresses on double bed needs replacing ss very uncomfortable and headboard needs to be secured. Needs hangers on back of doors in bathroom.

I gave this property a 9. It would have been 10 but the internet was almost none existent. Some travellers like to be in touch with the outside world while away

Spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We have a large family and this was perfect for us! Even the dog enjoyed himself! Our children loved the swimming pool and park. The food at the pool bar restaurant was amazing! And we had a lovely breakfast at route 66 in the morning. All the staff are lovely and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay! Would highly recommend and we can’t wait to come back!

N/A… although we read some reviews in this section about the TV not working, it wasn’t working when we arrived either but we fixed it :)
